Our Kids’ Coaching Sessions

Getting Started Couldn’t Be Easier

Our kids’ coaching sessions combine climbing development with exciting games, teamwork and movement, helping children to build their confidence, improve physically and mentally, while having lots of fun. Whether your child is completely new to climbing or already loves bouldering, our experienced instructors are here to help them progress at their own pace.

Bouldering is a form of rock climbing, completed at a low level height without ropes, with thick 30cm safety matting surrounding the climbing areas for protection. It is a great full-body exercise that is challenging and rewarding for the mind and body. It is also sociable, mindful and creative!

At Colchester Climbing Project, our centre has been built by passionate climbers who want to create a welcoming and inspiring space for climbers of all ages and abilities. You can make your climbing session as easy or as tough as you want, depending on how you feel or what your goals are.

No matter what you’re aiming for, bouldering is accessible, enjoyable and endlessly addictive!
